Press & partnerships: Same email; please mention "Press" or "Partnership" in the subject line so we can route it quickly.

Response times

We typically reply within 2–3 working days. Saturday and Sunday emails are answered on Monday. If you have not heard back within a week, please re-send — occasionally emails are flagged by spam filters.

What we cannot help with
